本说明补充 Apple 标准许可协议，说明 Brook Pro 的订阅与在线 AI 使用规则。数据处理见隐私政策。
订阅
价格、计费周期及优惠以购买时的 App Store 确认信息为准。订阅自动续订；你可在 Apple 账户设置中管理或取消续订。取消续订不会立即终止已付费期间的权益。退款可通过 Apple 申请；如有服务或扣点争议，也可联系 Brook。这些安排不限制你依法享有的消费者权利。
在线 AI 用量
有效的 Pro 订阅包含每月 30,000 点在线 AI 额度，每周最高 10,000 点；月付与年付相同。达到任一上限后，新的在线生成会暂停，App 会提示预计恢复时间。本地朗读和已保存内容的查看不受这项额度限制影响。
额度按 UTC 自然周、自然月计算：北京时间每周一及每月 1 日 08:00 分别重置，未用额度不结转；这与订阅扣款日期不同。一次性免费体验另含 1,000 点，不按周或月补充。
点词释义、句段翻译和例句每次生成消耗 1 点，单项解析 6 点、完整详解 8 点、语境辨义 4 点。直接读取本地已有结果不重复扣点。已发送的请求在取消或中断后仍可能计入用量；如计量异常，请联系支持核查。
额度调整与赠额
我们会说明额度调整的内容、生效时间和适用对象。减少额度、提高同一功能扣点或缩小服务范围等不利调整，不会仅凭更新本页而减少已付费订阅期间已承诺的权益。涉及后续续订的变化，会在续订前告知，并依法履行必要的同意程序；你可选择不再续订。若服务不能按约提供，你仍可依法要求履行或退款。
临时赠额、活动奖励或个别补偿会另行说明数量、适用期限及是否延续；它们不自动改变套餐的常规额度，也不减少其他用户的已购权益。本说明的更新不追溯削减此前已约定的权益。

Your subscription
The App Store confirmation shows the price, billing period and any offer. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can manage or cancel renewal in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling renewal does not immediately end access for an already-paid period. You can request a refund through Apple and contact Brook about service or usage disputes. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Online AI allowance
An active Pro subscription includes 30,000 AI points per month, with a maximum of 10,000 per week, on both monthly and annual plans. Reaching either limit pauses new online generation; the app shows the expected recovery time. This allowance does not limit local narration or access to saved content.
Allowances reset at 00:00 UTC on Mondays and the first day of each calendar month. Unused points do not carry over. These resets are separate from subscription billing dates. The one-time free trial has a separate 1,000-point allowance that does not replenish weekly or monthly.
Each new word meaning, passage translation or example sentence uses 1 point; an individual insight uses 6, a complete explanation 8, and context disambiguation 4. Reading a locally saved result does not use additional points. Dispatched requests may still count if cancelled or interrupted. Contact support if usage appears incorrect.
Changes and extra allowances
We will explain what changes, when it takes effect and whom it applies to. Updating this page alone will not reduce the access promised for an already-paid subscription period, including through lower allowances, higher point charges for the same function or a narrower service scope. Changes affecting future renewals will be communicated before renewal, with consent obtained where required by law. You may choose not to renew. If the service is not provided as agreed, your rights to performance or a refund under applicable law remain intact.
Temporary allowances, promotions and individual compensation will state their amount, duration and whether they continue. They do not automatically change the regular plan allowance or reduce other users' purchased rights. Updates to this notice do not retroactively reduce previously agreed rights.
